Assuming the customer would also have to use Slack licenses in order for this to work?
It does not necessarily mean that the customer would need to be on Slack. They could communicate with you using the free license. The point though is that you would want to communicate with your customers where they are. So if they use Microsoft teams for example, you’d want to establish connection with them there.
