1. Choose your template: This is the data-driven content you’ve uploaded in Matik, such as renewal decks or onboarding guides, that will be personalized for your audience.
2. Select your audience: You can choose the list of accounts you will want this content personalized for. You can segment by size, industry, geography, or any other parameters you wish.
3. Select the data to track: You can choose any data point from the 19+ data sources you can connect to Matik, including CRMs, BI tools, and data warehouses.
4. Define your trigger: This can be things like when your data increases, decreases, contains, changes to, becomes greater or less than, etc.
5. Add advanced filters (optional): You can use “And” or “Or” logic to set up more advanced criteria for your triggers.
6. Set your cadence: You can limit how often this triggered workflow should run and check the data, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, and whether or not it should end after a certain amount of runs.
You can combine triggered workflows with Matik’s if-then logic, which lets you control what gets shown in content, so each customer receives the right message at the right time.
For example, automatically generate a QBR when a customer is 90 days from renewal with if-then logic determining which slides appear: show pricing only if renewal is approaching, surface relevant usage metrics if they’re above threshold, and hide them if not. Similarly, you can trigger a pitch deck based on pipeline movement and tailor it by industry, automatically swapping in the right case study and industry-specific benchmarks, ensuring each prospect or customer gets content that feels custom-built for them.
