It's launch time! You've put in all this effort to create this stellar piece of content filled with data & insights - now it's time to make sure the team knows how to use it and speak to it. Here is what you need to do.

Champions of the content

As you were creating the content, you probably shared the content with a few team members for hteir feedback. Identify the ones who were enthusiastic about the new material, and get their help in advocating for it.

Feedback loops

Feedback isn't just for the development stage! Make sure that you establish feedback loops once the content is launched so that you always have a good understanding of what's working and what's not. When establishing feedback loops:

  • Make sure to get it early & often
  • Test in the field with the customer - pick a few reps that you trust for feedback, sit on the calls / watch recordings, see how it’s being delivered and received
  • Sit down directly with the reps
  • Conduct surveys within the team
  • Leverage Gong, Slack channels for continual feedback
  • Know how to filter the noisy feedback from the substantial - a lot of it is a judgement call, being able to decipher what is an edge case versus something that is widely impactful
  • Look at what questions are being repeated often

Testing, testing, testing

Keep an eye out to make sure everything is buttoned up from a data perspective & a usability perspective.
